Intel Serpent Lake Rumored To Combine Titan Lake CPU And Nvidia RTX iGPU
According to leaker RedGamingTech, Intel Serpent Lake APUs may feature an Nvidia RTX-based integrated GPU. The chips reportedly target the same segment as AMD Strix Halo and future Zen 6 Medusa Halo APUs. Intel positions Serpent Lake as a high-end mobile platform with strong CPU and GPU balance.
On the CPU side, Intel allegedly uses the upcoming Titan Lake architecture. This includes updated Griffin Cove performance cores and Golden Eagle efficiency cores. The system-on-chip tile, which hosts low-power efficiency cores, may also use Titan Lake technologies. This suggests a unified architectural approach across the entire processor package.
For graphics, Intel is rumored to integrate an Nvidia RTX GPU chiplet. The GPU may use Nvidia’s Rubin architecture or a closely related variant. Reports indicate the iGPU could be manufactured on TSMC’s N3P process node. That choice aligns with performance and efficiency targets for future mobile silicon.
The leak also mentions support for 16X LPDDR6 memory. This likely means sixteen memory channels to increase bandwidth significantly. Large integrated GPUs often suffer from bandwidth limitations in mobile devices. Higher memory throughput would help the RTX iGPU reach its intended performance levels.
RedGamingTech further suggests Serpent Lake could be a reworked version of the previously rumored Nova Lake-AX. Nova Lake-AX was expected to counter AMD Strix Halo directly. It allegedly featured eight performance cores, sixteen efficiency cores, and a large Xe-based integrated GPU. Serpent Lake may keep a similar core configuration while replacing Intel Arc graphics with Nvidia RTX technology.

The idea of Intel and Nvidia working together on x86 APUs is not entirely new. In September 2025, reports suggested both companies co-developed Hammer Lake APUs. Those chips allegedly combined Intel CPU chiplets with Nvidia GPU chiplets. Hammer Lake was rumored to focus on desktop and laptop performance targets.
However, recent leaks focus more heavily on Serpent Lake rather than Hammer Lake. RedGamingTech does not mention Nvidia graphics in Hammer Lake. Instead, Serpent Lake appears positioned as Intel’s flagship mobile response to AMD’s strongest APUs.
This collaboration could benefit both companies strategically. Intel gains access to Nvidia’s mature RTX graphics ecosystem. Nvidia expands its influence in the Windows laptop market without building full CPUs. Laptop manufacturers could receive powerful integrated graphics without relying on discrete GPUs.
Still, some concerns remain. Intel’s Arc integrated graphics have improved significantly in recent generations. Products like the Arc 140V compete well against AMD alternatives. Many users hope Intel does not abandon Arc iGPUs entirely.
